Cibolo Arts Council (CAC) and the Cibolo Nature Center (CNC) bring you this action-packed family event for expressing creativity inspired by nature. School-aged children and adults will love working together on art activities such a flower pot painting, making rainsticks, “flower pounding” and much more. Professional and student artists will be here demonstrating their talents. Entertainment will include music, theatre, dance, martial arts and a puppet show. Children and adults create and participate together. No drop-offs please.

Admission: Donations will be accepted at the gate.

The Cibolo Arts Council is the umbrella organization for all the arts in Kendall County. The CAC mission is to develop and sustain an environment that supports and promotes awareness, appreciation, education and access to the visual and performing arts in the Kendall County area. The flagship event is the Boerne Festival of Art & Music help on the third weekend in October.

The Cibolo Nature Center is located on 100 acres of greenspace in Boerne, Texas 20 miles north of San Antonio on IH10W. The Nature Center mission is Texas Hill Country conservation through education. Major programs include an Outdoor Classroom for school groups, monthly Land Stewardship Workshops, the Mostly Native Plant Sale (first Saturday in April), Songs and Stories (bi-monthly April-September), and Summer Day Camp (June and July).
The Cibolo Nature Center is located behind Boerne City Park off highway 46, just west of the Kendall County Fairgrounds.
