Our flagship event is produced in association with the Boerne Area Artists Association. Experience a superior collection of fine artists and musicians in and around the historic setting of Boerne's Main Plaza.

Friday, October, 19
Pre-Festival Celebration
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Red Hot Chili Fest Gala and Art Auction
Join us for a lively evening. Show opens with cocktail hour from 6:30 to 7:30 and the Attire is RED. Outrageousness is encouraged. Music for the evening will be provided by Patrice Pike. Food service begins at 7:30 with gourmet chili tasting and is accompanied by Tweaked Texas Tastes. It will be tasty. A Live Art Auction will begin at 8:15. The Art Show and Music continue until 10:30 and too much fun is had by all.

Invitational Art Show in Ye Kendall Halle
This is an intimate show featuring the work of up to 26 artists in a variety of media. The show is free and open to the public. Artists themselves will be on hand to answer questions and show off their work. Many of the artists are members of the Boerne Area Artists Association and will be showcasing their latest works.

1:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Charity Chili Cook-Off on Main Plaza
Cook-Off starts at 1PM on the Main Plaza and continues until 11PM. Chili Tasting is $15 and benefits Boerne area nonprofits. Local 501(c)(3) service organizations will compete for a $1,000 prize from the arts council. So be sure to come out and support these organizations.
